Walken + Video Games = Awesome
My dad and I like to show each other funny YouTube videos. I mean, who DOESN’T do that? Doing that has literally become a socially acceptable form of entertainment. It’s one way for my dad and I to have quality time together – hours of absolute hilarity in front of the computer screen watching people fall down, screw up and wipe out. Today he turned me on to something truly hilarious and clever. If you love video games, as well as the acting stylings and persona of Christopher Walken – LOOK NO FURTHER. The two worlds have come together in one hilarious invention known as “Christopher Walkenthroughs”! These works of comedy gold were voiced by Jason Stephens and are basically a clip of a top selling video game narrated by Christopher Walken. Never again will you look at your favorite video game the same way. There are literally hundreds of these online, but I’ve chosen a few I really think are the cream of the crop for your viewing pleasure.
Batman: Arkham City
Highlights:
“Oh shit I broke the chair.”
“This guy wants to punch me, I can tell.”
“Why is the Penguin British? Danny Devito wasn’t British.”
“Bruce Wayne, what a dick.”
“Please, try not to pee in your pants.”
“Time to swoop down and delivers some blows of justice.”
“Harley Quinn reminds me of a cheap stripper you’d see down the street from the good strip club.”
DOOM 3 BFG Edition
Highlights:
“Die. Zombie. Die.”
“Holy friggin spider shit.”
“Boy I could sure go for an ice cold cola beverage.”
“WOW going through Satan’s colin.”
“Here, have a grenade.”
“I want to thank sir William Gattling, and his marvelous gun.”
Skyrim
Highlights:
“I gotta hide this dead body somewhere that little children won’t find it and poke it with a stick.”
“These boots are made for Walken, OOOOO”
“What are they gonna do with 9 goat cheese wheels?”
“When you find a horses ass, there’s always a horse attached to it.”
GTA 5
Highlights:
“Guess what, you’re numbers up Seagul.”
“I read a story once, about a seagul, who ate a baby.”
“Owwww, my penis”
“What do you mean I can’t drive over this seagul? That’s rediculas.”
“Boom goes the dynamite.”
So there you have it – hours of “Walkenthrough” fun. I think it’s safe to say that Christopher Walken talking about anything is funny. They should just give him a show where he does literally ANYTHING. I’d watch it.
