Trailer – The Last Airbender: Legend of Korra

So for those of you that have been following me, you know that I have a huge nerdboner for Avatar: The Last Airbender and most recently the new Thundercats – since it follows a VERY similar animation/story style.

Well, here it is folks – the new series based on the world of Avatar: The Last Airbender called The Last Airbender: Legend of Korra. This new story takes place 70 years after our beloved Aang handed Fire Lord Ozai’s ass to him. The new avatar is a strong, independent, hot-headed southern water-bender girl named Korra who has to deal with her new found title of Avatar in an anti-bending steampunk world. Yeah you read that right, STEAMPUNK AVATAR. Hells yes. A grown up Aang will appear in this series as one of Korra’s avatar guides too. Man, I hope there’s an Appa… a steampunk Appa!
