Toronto After Dark – 9 More Movies!
Celebrating the month of horror, Toronto After Dark Film Festival has announced the rest of its line-up for the October 16th-24th festival. Individual ticket sales start tomorrow!
You can catch all the trailers for the films above, but before you watch them, here’s a brief rundown of the 9 films that were just added to the festival!
To kick things off (and as a bit of a switch up), there’s a Canadian documentary, WHY HORROR? that looks into the psychology of horror fans around the world.
The additional films hail from New Zealand, Australia, Ireland, Canada, and the USA, along with 28 shorts. Of the shorts 19 are Canadian and will precede the features, plus nine international shorts that form the “Shorts After Dark” screening. Toronto After Dark has often seen directors of its shorts become part of its feature line up a few years later.
