Superhero Cosplay Gallery of Photographer Paul Hillier
Toronto-based photographer Paul Hillier is an accomplished artist often seen at comic conventions and launches, whose photographic records impart a certain glamour to local nerdery, such as his latest project: an engagement shoot in the style of Blade Runner. Upcoming projects include a Scarlet Witch cosplay shoot with model Gillykins and artist Marco Rudy, Maleficent with Vudu Juju and Kink Engineering, and a series of tutorials at Anime North about how to suck less at cosplay photography.

Paul Hillier is a learning-enabled bio human compiled in Montreal and shipped worldwide to gather the knowledge and skills required to create an image that will one day bring about world peace and universal understanding.
At his current level (+3 to visuals, -2 to common sense) Paul has taken photos in strange and sometimes dangerous places, of stranger and sometimes dangerous people. His work has appeared in Popular Photography’s Photo Manual, Maclean’s, Boing Boing, and online at CNN, Cracked, Geek x Girls and Comics Alliance.
