Star Trek Is Just Around The Corner

We all know Star Trek brought us a lot of cool gadgets, but did you know just how many? Since the 60’s Roddenberry’s Star Trek has captured the imagination of future scientists, engineers and inventors and spawned a ton of revolutionary products like the cellphone, ipad/tablet pc, medical scanners and more.

Personally, I’m waiting for the holodeck, (mmm hologram pr0n) which is ALSO just around the corner according to this.
