Sesame Street Brings Down the House with SpiderMonster: The Musical

In case you haven’t already noticed Sesame Street isn’t just for kids. In a sneak peak of it’s 42nd season Sesame Street takes the opportunity to rip into Spiderman: The Musical, the insanely over-budget,beyond delayed and accident ridden Broadway disaster production.

The Julie Taymor-less watered-down production finally had it’s first non-preview performance this past week to possibly the most awkward and mediocre reviews in the history of Broadway. I think I’ll pass on it though, nothing beats the thrill of wondering if an actor may come plummeting down into your lap.
