This next chapter highlights the all-new Justice League following the events of the previous issue, where some of the members gained god-like powers which came with a price. This has been a very successful mini event for DC and I am really looking forward to this one!

CLEAN ROOM #1 | VERTIGO COMICS

UNCANNY INHUMANS #1 | MARVEL COMICS

It’s been eight months after the events from Secret Wars and things are looking very different for the Inhumans. Human Torch and Medusa are together, Black Bolt is doing secret missions and Beast has left the X-Men to join the Inhumans. To complicate matters even more, they will have to contend with Kang The Conqueror in this new series by Soule and McNiven who recently worked together on Death Of Wolverine.

AMAZING SPIDER-MAN  #2 | MARVEL COMICS

Spider-Man has taken over the world and looks to keep things that way as Zodiac attempts to thwart the web head’s plans of global dominance. This has been a uniquely different take on Spidey as we’re not used to seeing him web-sling around the streets of Shanghai doing a Tony Stark impression but I liked the first issue so can’t wait for more!

STAR WARS: SHATTERED EMPIRE #4 | MARVEL COMICS

The new canon tale taking place between episodes VI and VII of the Star Wars universe comes to a close with a setup for the new movie in December. This book has been up and down but should end strong with fans anxiously waiting for The Force Awakens.
