The Legend of Korra: Book 3 Trailer
The trailer for The Legend of Korra hit YouTube yesterday and it is loaded with all types of goodies that fans of Avatar: the Last Airbender will gobble up.
Things have changed after Book 2, the battle with Vaatu has altered Korr -and wait was that old man Zuko? Hold on, was that Azula with Sparky Sparky Boom Man’s eye thing on her forehead? What just happened?
The Legend of Korra has always delivered a story that appeals to everyone. It’s amazing how they can pull in anyone, of any age, and take us on an emotional ride. Just the appearance of Zuko means that we can expect a hard punch in the feels. The trailer builds that sense of oh crap, that only great shows like Game of Thrones and Hannibal can pull off.
The trailer is beautiful in the way it shows everyone has grown. The air bending monks are growing in numbers. Korra is growing as an avatar. Oh yeah, the freaking sky bison, there’s so many of them. Who doesn’t want to hug one of those things?
Ahhhhhh, they’re amazing!
It doesn’t matter if you are a fan of Korra, or if you’re jumping into the world of avatars for the first time, season three will be one to watch. The production has finished, which means it’s only a matter of time before we get to see a new book of bending thit the air.
