Based out of Los Angeles, LAT uses their “…unique hybrid form of audio theatre and innovative use of technology in the production and dissemination of theatre keeps this venerable art form thriving, assuring wide and affordable access”.
My entire life up until I went to college was dedicated to the arts. I was a competitive touring dancer for thirteen years, I am a conservatory trained vocalist and I did musical theatre all through my childhood and teenage years. If there was a play audition in my podunk small town, I was there. L.A. Theatreworks does important work preserving theatre in California and I’d like to see organizations such as this not only survive, but thrive.
