Game of Thrones exhibition comes to Toronto!

I think I can speak for all when I say “I CAN’T WAIT FOR APRIL!!!!!”

However, if you live in or around Toronto, or will be here from March 9-21 (and you should be for the GEEKPR0N Party and Toronto ComiCON!), then you MUST stop at the TIFF Bell Lightbox for the FREE Epic Fantasies: The Art of HBO’s Game of Thrones exhibit of awesomazingness!

Here you will find six costumes, including a sneak peak of a costume of a new character in season two. Props and weaponry such as a dragon egg, “Hand of the King” badge, the crown of Robert Baratheon, swords, armour, tableware and detailed banners as well as scripts, photography and video from season one and two!  To top all of this off, there will also be the Iron Throne itself that not only weights over 500 lbs and is coming from the set in Northern Ireland, but visitors will be able to sit in the throne for a photo op!  Gah!

Reserve your free ticket starting Monday, February 27 at 10 am ET. You can do so by calling the TIFF Box Office at 416-599-8433/1-800-588-8433, or going in person at TIFF Bell Lightbox.  Tickets are limited at 4 per person.
