May is my favorite month for many reasons. My birthday, the long weekend, the Freedom Festival, and Free Comic Book Day!
Silver Snail Comics is a Toronto Landmark and a staple in our dorky little scene. Every year, they host Free Comic Book Day where people line up to get their hands on FCBD exclusives. But it’s not just about standing around waiting for handouts, ok well it is.. but it’s also about meeting the artists of your favorite comics and getting your pictures taken with fans and the Silver Snail staff. Why? Cause they look like this…
You can also expect in-store sales, contests, and other freebies. Which artists will be signing upstairs you ask? Well let me tell ya!
