This is an emergency broadcast from Panem’s Capitol in light of recent events. Due to the nature of the uprising we are currently handling within the Districts, there will be heightened security measured within our city.
We take pride in keeping our citizens secure, and this is a time of certain victory for our city.
As a reminder to both Capitol and District citizens about the surety of our city, and to prompt a reconciliation between all people of Panem, we have curated a music collection. THIS BROADCAST SHALL BE MANDATORY LISTENING FOR ALL CAPITOL PEOPLE. We have cleared and secured the airwaves for this event in order to prevent interception from Rebels.
