Deathgasm – Your Parents’ Worst Fears Come To Life
Ever since metal music came to exist, parents have worried it will turn their children into Satan worshiping, blood-drinking, animal sacrificing demons.
Ridiculous right?
Not in Deathgasm.
In this SXSW teaser brought to you by Dark Sky Films (Willow Creek, Starry Eyes, and the absolute must-see Manborg), Deathgasm tells the story of Brodie, a metal-loving teen who, amidst the misery of high school surrounded by jocks and cheerleaders, befriends fellow metalhead Zakk, and starts a band with him.
Sadly, that’s where it all goes wrong.
The band finds a mysterious piece of sheet music, which claims to grant ULTIMATE POWER to whoever plays it. Sweet deal, right? Only upon playing, the band ends up summoning an ancient evil known as Aeloth The Blind One who has every intention of tearing the whole universe to pieces.
Oh, and everyone rips out their own eyes and turns into psychotic murderers possessed by demons.
Naturally, it’s up to Brodie, Zakk, and their friends to defeat Aeloth, no matter what the cost.
