David Tennant Joins Fellow Doctors For Project Motor House

Hey Whovians, have you heard the news? David Tennant and Peter Davison will be joined by Sylvester McCoy, Colin Baker and Paul McGann for a new convention to raise money for Janet Fielding’s Project Motor House.

The bad news, (at least for us in Canada), is that it’s in England and my TARDIS is on the fritz right now.

“Janet Fielding has a new fight on her hands not against the Daleks or Cybermen but against cancer. Peter Davison has swung into action and enlisted the help of his fellow Doctors to launch Project Motor House. It will not only raise money for a good cause but also keep Janet’s spirits up. “

This is a charity fundraiser to kick off the 50th anniversary of Doctor Who. All profits will be going to the charity Project Motor House.

Tickets available here.

When:
Saturday, January 19th, 2013
10:00am – 5:00pm

Venue:
Copthorne Hotel Slough-Windsor
Cippenham Labe, Berkshire, SL1 2YE

The ticket price will include:

  • A group photograph with you and all the Doctors appearing on the day
  • An autograph from each of our guests
  • And an on stage interview.
  • A souvenir show booklet
  • During the day there will be an auction with some rare and unusual items

There will also be a merchandise room with some exclusive items.

If you’re in the UK and a Who fan, this is a great cause and well worth your support. Tickets are limited to 300.
