Darth Vader vs Gandalf… uhhh….

Hmmmm now I don’t know how I feel about this… I mean hell, I’m the biggest Vader fan around BUT Gandalf wouldn’t be that easy to defeat, IF, he can even be defeated at all! Some might argue that our beloved wizard is actually immortal… but then again, those who master the Force are also sort of immortal too.

Thanks to Star Wars, we all know that one can become more powerful than you can possibly imagine through the force but Gandalf as an immortal? Why yes! (ok sorta). You see, some believe that Gandalf is actually Olorin from the early Tolkien mythologies (Silmarillion). Olorin was a Maia (an angelic spirit/demi-god, as were all Istari wizards) and was apparently the wisest among them and loved the Elves. Now although they can be “killed” on Middle Earth they would return again, as we saw Gandalf do as “Gandalf the White”, until their task was completed. Sauron himself was also a Maia, just an evil one.

Sooo knowing that… who do YOU think would win this battle?
