Daredevil gets a second season

Hold on to your butts!  It looks like Marvel is looking to set the fall screen on fire.  The fires from the first season of Daredevil haven’t even stopped burning yet and the second season has already been announced!  With AKA: Jessica Jones slated for release at this end of this year, and Luke Cage and Iron Fist well into development, as well as mumbelings of The Punisher making his way onto the streaming service in his own series, Netflix looks like it is quickly becoming home to the darker side of the Marvel Cinematic universe.

What lies ahead for the further adventures of The Man Without Fear?

Looking at the few facts we have about the other shows being worked on I would think it would be a safe bet to see at least one crossover with AKA: Jessica Jones given Matt’s history with The Purple Man (being played by David Tennant) who will be the primary antagonist in that show.

A second season is bound to hold plenty of surprises and stories to look forward to, and with Age of Ulton fast approaching, the repercussions will no doubt be felt on the streets of Hell’s Kitchen.
