Cosplay from ConBravo! 2013

Once again, ConBravo! turns out to be the most fun I have all year.

This weekend of awesomeness began in 2010 in a humble little Holiday Inn by the Oakville GO station, and has since gradually migrated west while growing in leaps and bounds every year, this year operating out of the newly-renovated Hamilton Convention Centre with their biggest show yet.

It’s rare to see an established convention with such commitment to community and involvement with fans, and the overall experience is certainly more exciting and rewarding for it. And of course, a haven for geeks means lot of great cosplayers all over the place! It was a privilege to be able to photograph and talk to so many talented and enthusiastic people, even if the local, “normal” residents of the neighborhood aren’t used to our presence yet.
