Fan Expo Exclusive Preview: Superman Stamp Collection

With 75 years of saving the day under his bright yellow belt, Canada Post has launched a collection dedicated to the Man of Steel, showcasing the evolution over his image since the Golden Age of comics leading up to today. Which includes New 52 Superman, through your mileage may vary on whether that part is good news.

Previewed exclusively this weekend at Fan Expo 2013, the line consists of 6 different stamp designs, each displaying an iconic part of the Boy in Blue’s character over the years, and each providing a small and friendly reminder that the world’s first superhero was thanks to the vision of one Canadian-born Joe Shuster.

For the odd ones out there who still collect stamps, or for those who like to send snail mail with a little personal flair, Canada Post will be launching the collection nationally starting September 10th.
