Absolutely Beautiful Animated Sci-fi Short Film Rosa

This absolutely beautifully done short film is a must-see for all CGI animation fans. Rosa was entirely created by comic book artist Jesús Orellana, with no budget over the course of a year. It’s then been featured at a number of film festivals, winning awards as well as the attention of many Hollywood producers and is now being made into a live-action motion picture. Synopsis:

ROSA is an epic sci-fi short film that takes place in a post-apocalyptic world where all natural life has disappeared. From the destruction awakes Rosa, a cyborg deployed from the Kernel project, mankind’s last attempt to restore the earth’s ecosystem. Rosa will soon learn that she is not the only entity that has awakened and must fight for her survival.
