Ready for iPhone 5?
I dunno about you, but I’ve had about enough of Apple.
Barely a year out of the gate, the iPhone 4 you just bought is already being replaced by a newer, hotter, sexier model.
New Apple CEO, Tim Cook will be hosting an event on October 4th for the launch of the iPhone 5.
While most people rejoice, I call bullshit.
Fuck you Apple. You will no longer get my hard earned dollars. This is just plain ridiculous.
Call me a bias PC user but, asking people to drop this kinda cash year after year for a device needs a “genius” to operate is insane.
Yet, thousands of lemmings (yes, I’m looking at you) will line up for days outside to get their hands on it or whatever other device they are peddling at the time.
WTF IS WRONG WITH YOU PEOPLE?
Why are you so content to pay hundreds sometimes, thousands more for devices with fruit on them? Devices that, in most cases, cannot do what a PC can do. *cough* gaming *cough*
Are you worried about viruses? It’s called responsible surfing. Unless you’ve been living under a rock for the last 20 years, you should know by now that e-mail from strangers with attachments and subject lines like “Taylor Swift Nude” is gonna fuck your shit up.
And if you’re really paranoid, THEN GET ANTI-VIRUS SOFTWARE! It’s like $40!
I can understand why someone like a designer or film maker would want an Apple computer. But if you’re buying one just so you can be seen checking facebook at Starbucks, then you can go fuck yourself.
Enjoy the illusion of ownership! Cause with Apple, you control NOTHING! Sound familiar?

Nah. my Mac at home is 6 years old, and just now starting to show the cracks. I’m looking at the iphone to replace my useless blackberry (another fruit!!) But then that blackberry is less than 2 years old and is 2 versions old now as well, so it’s not just Apple. Why the iphone – cause it works well, does the stuff I’d want it to do and would properly replace my phone and ipod in one go.
Yeah, I don’t game on my computer, I have consoles for that. But I know a few that do WOW on their Macs, as well as other games. Sure it’s not the gaming powerhouse, thank god, cause I know people that have spent 3 to 4 times as much on their PC’s just to get them to work with the latest game, only to have to replace video cards and the like for the next latest game. Sad really…
I can’t wait to get my viao so i can play minecraft at starbucks. PC FOR LIFE.
I do love my iPhone, though. but I’m replacing it with a 4, not a 5. at least the glitches have been worked out of 4 by now.
