5. Flash #30
A new creative team is always exciting, but in the wake of Forever Evil, Robert Venditti and Brett Booth won’t be the only changes that the Flash encounters. Central City will not look the same now that the Crime Syndicate has had its way, and it’s possible that even the fastest man alive can’t fix the damage.
4. Elektra #1
She is a ninja, she is an assassin, and she is beautiful, plus her story is getting a new number one. If that isn’t enough reason to be interested in Elektra #1, how about the fact that Marvel is promising to take Elektra “to places no other Marvel character can go”. I’m intrigued.
3. Mind MGMT #21
In this issue, Matt Kindt is reimagining the idea of the “silent issue”. The story already has an intriguing concept, and critical acclaim, now Mind MGMT will fall silent. Fortunately, this silent story takes place in a world full of psychics!
2. Justice League United #0
Jeff Lemire is writing and Mike McKone is illustrating this new Justice League team who call themselves Justice League Canada. This new kick off will feature Adam Strange in an adventure that unites the new team which will include Supergirl, Green Arrow, and Animal Man amongst others.
1. Original Sin #0
It’s that time of year again, time for Marvel’s big summer event! This year during Original Sin, the murder of Uatu, The Watcher, will throw the Marvel U into disarray. Marvel is teasing that secrets will be revealed about every major Marvel character, and that this is an event that will alter everything, this week we get our first peek with this prologue.
