The Doctor Games

Did you happen to miss the two big franchise events this weekend? No fear, here’s a fun mash-up involving the 12 (give or take) Doctors in a Hunger Games: Catching Fire scenario.

It’s on Brad Hansen’s YouTube channel along with other parodies including a Lion King/Dark Knight Rises mash-up.

In less than four minutes The Doctor Games contains enough little nods to have Doctor Who fans watching and re-watching to catch every reference. Not a Whovian? Not a problem!  The plot’s clear enough that if you have a vague awareness of each franchise, you should still get a chuckle.  And what else does a Monday need?

So watch out for the scarf, the celery, the jelly babies, the catch phrases, and the evil plotting. And enjoy.
