X-Men: Days Of Future Past: Character Promos.
20th Century Fox has released the first official character promo for X-Men: Days of Future Past. Here’s Hugh Jackman as Wolverine, Patrick Stewart as Professor X, Ian McKellen as Magneto, Daniel Cudmore as Colossus and Omar Sy as Bishop.
Based on the classic Days of Future Past comic book storyline, the plot for the film involves all the awesome things we love, like time travel (woo!), and Sentinels (WOOOOO!!).
If you’re unfamiliar with DOFP storyline (and if I recall correctly, this was part of the X-Men cartoon as well), The X-Men fail to prevent the assassination of a U.S. Senator by the Brotherhood of Evil Mutants. This causes an alternate timeline in which mutants are hunted like animals, captured by giant robots called Sentinels, and placed into internment camps.
