Soundgarden Returns on ‘Avengers Assemble’

You’ve been waiting 15 long years since Seattle’s Soundgarden have released any new material and your wait is almost over. The grunge godfathers are making their grand return along with the big screen debut of Earth’s Mightiest Heroes, The Avengers. The two come together on the film’s soundtrack, “Avengers Assemble” along with the likes of Rise Against, Black Veil Brides and Five Finger Death Punch promising an ultra mega collection of loud tunes that will likely be the aural equivalent of “Hulk Smash.”

A 21 second teaser has been released and the full song will be featured during the end credits. If the stars align, this May 1st I may have found my own personal soundtrack for my Tony Stark fap sessions. Guess who’s excited?
